Damian’s passion for building and construction is unparalleled. After completing an apprenticeship at 19, Damian spent 8 years on the tools working in civil, commercial and residential construction before moving into Supervisory / Site Management roles on large scale Building & Civil Projects for a further 10 years. The next step in the journey was starting up his own Project Management Consultancy which has been in operation since 2017. With over 20 years of Construction experience and expertise Damian has been an invaluable addition to his clients respective project teams. A highly qualified and skilled builder by trade, Damian has been an integral part of the project delivery organisational structure that has successfully overseen the completion of a number of major multi-million dollar projects that form part of the great Queensland landscape and skyline.

 

PFBC Director Damian Parker specialises in complete project concept, design, tender development, execution & certification. Damian gets actively involved during any/all stages of a project. Drawing on his wide and varied experience to ensure a quality outcome for clients will be achieved every time.

Damian has developed the ability to interact with personnel at all levels having strong HR interpersonal and communication skills. Damian is loyal, dedicated and committed to safety, through the use of risk assessment control systems, as well as using education, training & extensive experience. Damian’s belief is that all workplace incidents/injuries are preventable.
